The working atmosphere at Governikus is great! Among other things, this is due to the great work-life balance, the home office option and the trust-based working hours. Vacation is only agreed upon internally and can therefore be planned very flexibly. Here at Governikus, there is a flat hierarchy, which means that employees are given a lot of responsibility. There is also an annual team budget for further training measures and, in addition to many company health checks, you can get a company bicycle and/or sign up for company fitness. I really enjoy working here.

In times of Corona, it is not particularly easy to integrate new employees, but Governikus has succeeded very well with me, as the new employees are accompanied by mentors and brought into the company.
