Just a few steps to a new job

Application received

Ideally with a suitable cover letter relating to us and the position as a PDF file, submitted via the career portal or by mail to our HR team.

Evaluation of the submitted documents

Within one week, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your application from our HR team. This will be thoroughly reviewed and evaluated. After the initial review, the HR team will forward your application to your potential future team so that they can also get an impression of you.

Telephone interview (approx. 30 minutes)

For suitable candidates, we arrange a telephone interview with one or two people from the future team to get a better impression of you. The main aim here is to find out more about you and to clarify your suitability for the advertised position at an early stage.

Evaluation of the telephone interview

We evaluate the telephone interview according to the following categories: Knowledge of the company or questions about the job and the company, presentation of suitability for the job, and expertise in the work area. If references are listed in the application documents, we may contact them.

Virtual interview (approx. 90 minutes)

If we were on the same wavelength during the telephone interview, we will invite you to an interview within a week. This will be conducted virtually with colleagues from the team. Depending on the area of work, we rely on a mixture of conversation and technical tasks.

Team decision

After one week at the latest, you will receive feedback from us on the interview. In this feedback we will inform you whether we have decided to work together. If this is the case and you also believe that Governikus is the right employer for you, there is only one last step left: the approval to fill the position with the agreed upon modalities by the respective responsible persons and our works council.
