With eBO as a Service, we provide citizens and organizations under private law with a secure and legally binding transmission channel for the exchange of electronic documents with courts, authorities and other professional parties involved in proceedings. In accordance with the requirements of electronic legal transactions, citizens and organizations have been able to use the electronic citizen and organization mailbox (eBO) since 01.01.2025 to transmit documents securely, efficiently and in compliance with the law.
The eBO is available to all citizens, companies, associations and other organizations under private law that require reliable and secure communication with authorities and courts.
To make the introduction of eBO as easy as possible for you, Governikus offers eBO as a service. eBO as a service is characterized by intuitive use and minimal effort on your part. The connection is made directly via your existing e-mail server so that you can continue to use your familiar e-mail infrastructure (e.g. Microsoft Outlook).
Incoming and outgoing messages are automatically processed by our secure infrastructure and converted into an e-mail format so that you can communicate seamlessly - without any additional technical effort.
