Academy offer

Our academy offer is aimed at all those interested in topics who deal or will deal with the products of Governikus. In our standard training courses, we impart the necessary basic knowledge that is required, for example, for system administrators and integration partners in connection with our portfolio.

If the contents of the standard training courses are not sufficient or if you want to build on them, we can also impart this special knowledge within a workshop tailored to your individual needs.

The knowledge transfer can take place on the road or comfortably from home within the framework of webinars, as well as within classroom training in Bremen or, in some cases and by arrangement, at your location. For example, in preparation for the classroom training "Governikus - OSCI Transport", modules 1 to 4 are taught in flexible webinars. For participation in a classroom training on the product Governikus DATA Aeonia, the necessary theoretical knowledge and basics are taught in the webinar module 5 "Basics TR-ESOR". This approach allows you and us to become even more flexible, at the same time imparting more knowledge and saving travel costs and travel time.


Our live webinars are aimed at all those interested in the topic and cost € 250.00 plus VAT per webinar and participant:in. If you book at least four webinars at the same time, you will receive a 10% discount on the total amount. Partners in the sense of the Governikus partner program will receive a discount of 25% according to the partner program. A combination of discounts is not possible.

In this webinar, you will learn about the legal basis for digital signatures as well as the history, the players and the basic features of eIDAS and finally gain a brief insight into the validation of signatures.
26.10.2022 | 10:00 - 11:00 a.m.

In order to transport data securely and traceably over open networks, encryption and also a signature of the data is essential. In this webinar you will get all the necessary information about symmetric or asymmetric encryption and the application of signatures. Again, the validation of signatures will be discussed towards the end.

The OSCI protocol represents the basis of modern communication in the field of e-government, as it is transmitted over the Internet in a reliable, traceable and legally secure manner. In this module, the basics for many Governikus products will once again be conveyed to interested parties from IT, administration and law.

The webinar on Technical Guideline BSI-TR 03125 (TR-ESOR) teaches you the basics about storing data and documents over long periods of time - in terms of legally effective preservation of evidence. Here, the basics for the Governikus LTA training are created and is not only aimed at system administrators, but also at decision-makers and project managers of all companies and administrations that come into contact with (qualified) signed files.

The webinar explains all the basic information on the subject of the "special public authority mailbox (beBPo)" and, due to the complexity of the subject, is aimed equally at various employees and departments of public law. Legal principles and activation processes are described, but also technical details about the installation and setup of the software COM Vibilia are presented in detail. The operation of the software "Governikus COM Vibilia beBPo Edition" (the successor of the "Governikus Communicator") by the:the user:in then rounds off the webinar and of course questions can also be answered. This webinar will provide the necessary information about the "Special electronic citizen and organization mailbox" (eBO). It is aimed at citizens who are switching from the discontinued Governikus Communicator Justice Edition, for example, but also at associations, organizations and other companies. Since the technical details of installing and setting up the software are also covered, it is worthwhile booking not only for administrators but also for those working with the software. The operation of the software will also be explained in detail. We look forward to your registration.

In addition to the important theoretical part, the practical applications in the respective systems make up the largest part of the classroom training. In the case of presence training courses lasting several days, one presence day was replaced by the modules of our live webinars.

Any person who registers for a webinar via our website can participate. After your registration, you will receive an email from us with a link to register on our Zoom platform. After your registration, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your access data and further information on how to participate in the webinar. This will then include the access link to the webinar room.

Please note: You should register for the webinars at least one week before the webinar starts. When participating in our live webinars, registration on the platform is required. However, the system will guide you easily and securely through this process.
We use the "Zoom" software for our webinars. To ensure the highest possible level of data protection, we have set up our own Zoom infrastructure with its own servers for this purpose. You have many options to participate in our webinars. As a participant:in, all you need is stable Internet access and a current browser.
