Our offer is aimed at anyone who is interested in Governikus products or will be working with them in the future. In our online training courses, we provide the necessary basic knowledge that system administrators and integration partners, for example, need in connection with our portfolio.

If the content of the online training courses is not sufficient or if you would like to build on it, we can also impart this specialist knowledge in a workshop tailored to your individual needs.

The knowledge transfer can take place on the road or from the comfort of your own home as part of online training courses, as well as during classroom training courses in Bremen or, in some cases and by arrangement, at your premises. For example, various online training courses are offered in preparation for the classroom training course "Governikus - OSCI Transport". To participate in a classroom training course on the product Governikus DATA Aeonia, the necessary theoretical knowledge and basics are taught in the online training course "TR-ESOR Basics". This approach allows you and us to be even more flexible, while at the same time imparting more knowledge and saving travel costs and travel time.

Our online training courses are aimed at all interested parties and cost between € 250.00 - € 650.00 plus VAT per online training course and participant. If you book at least four online training courses at the same time, you will receive a 10% discount on the total amount. Partners within the meaning of the Governikus partner program are granted the 25% discount according to the partner program. It is not possible to combine discounts.

In this online training course, you will receive all the necessary information on symmetric and asymmetric encryption and the application of signatures. The validation of signatures is also discussed at the end.

The OSCI protocol is the basis of modern communication in the field of e-government, as it is transmitted reliably, comprehensibly and legally securely via the Internet. This online training course will once again teach the basics of many Governikus products to those interested in IT, administration and law.

TR-ESOR and DATA Aeonia basics

This online training course on the Technical Guideline BSI-TR 03125 (TR-ESOR) teaches you the basics of storing data and documents over long periods of time - in the sense of legally effective preservation of evidence. This course lays the foundations for the Governikus DATA Aeonia training course and is aimed not only at system administrators, but also at decision-makers and project managers in all companies and administrations that come into contact with (qualified) signed files.

Basics beBPo & COM Vibilia - Admins

This online training course explains the technical basics of the "Special public authority mailbox (beBPo)" and is aimed at administrators and IT departments in public administration. Activation processes are described, as well as technical details on installing and setting up the COM Vibilia software, e.g. when installing the application for multiple employees. The operation of the "COM Vibilia beBPo Edition" software (the successor to "Governikus Communicator") by the user is not part of the online training, although some options are explained within the application.

This online training course explains basic information on the topic of "Special public authority mailbox (beBPo)" and is aimed at specialist departments and lawyers in public administration. Although the technical basics are briefly explained at the beginning, the focus is on the operation of the "COM Vibilia beBPo Edition" software (the successor to the "Governikus Communicator") and how pleadings should be sent to the courts or other authorities. Of course, questions can also be answered. If you are still using Governikus Communicator, for example in the Justice Edition, because you are an expert witness, this online training course is also of interest to you.

This online training course provides technical information on setting up and operating the "Special electronic mailbox for citizens and organizations" (eBO). It is aimed at the IT departments and administrators of companies and organizations that are switching from the discontinued "Communicator Justiz Edition" to the "COM Vibilia", for example, but also at IT specialist companies or individual companies. The registration process for citizens is also available on request. The operation of the software is only explained rudimentarily, as the focus here is on configuration.

This training is aimed at system administrators and integrators from companies and administrations who wish to use or already use the GMM for multi-channel communication (e.g. for receiving OSCI messages via a beBPo and internal forwarding as an e-mail and subsequent reply). You will be trained in the installation and integration as well as the ongoing administration of the GMM in regular operation.

How can I participate?

Anyone who registers for an online training course via our website can take part. Once you have registered, you will receive an e-mail from us with a link to register on our Zoom platform. Once you have registered, you will receive a confirmation e-mail with your access data and further information on participating in the online training course. This will also include the access link to the online training room.

Please note: You should register for the online training courses at least one week before they start. Registration on the platform is required to take part in our online training courses. However, the system will guide you through this process easily and securely.

Do I need a webcam or a microphone?

No, you don't need a microphone or webcam, because as a participant you are automatically muted during the online training. You can ask your questions to the speaker via the chat.

How long does an online training course take?

The online training courses last around 60 or 90 minutes and allow you to take part in our training courses directly from your workplace, at home or on the move. Our instructors are also available via chat for the duration of the online training and will be happy to answer your questions.

What are the technical requirements for participation?

We use the "Zoom" software for our online training courses. To ensure the highest possible level of data protection, we have set up our own Zoom infrastructure with our own servers for this purpose. If you have any questions about this, please take a look at the documents we have provided for you under "Information material" or contact us directly.

You have many options for taking part in our online training courses. As a participant, all you need is stable internet access and an up-to-date browser. You can listen to the audio via your speakers or headphones or alternatively via your telephone. You can access the link to the online training via various web browsers. We have had the best experiences with Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome. You will need to download additional software to take part in an online training course. Access is also possible for mobile devices if you install the corresponding "Zoom Cloud Meetings App" on your device.

Can I also take part in an online training course on the move?

Participation is also possible with mobile devices. The download of the app "Zoom Cloud Meetings" is required.

What does online training cost?

Our online training courses cost between €250.00 - €650.00 plus VAT per course and participant. If you book at least four online training courses at the same time, you will receive a 10% discount on the total amount.
