23rd NRW Public Transport Symposium

Under the motto "Digital.Normal - Insights into the digital everyday life of public authorities", Materna and Infora invite you to the 23rd NRW Public Transport Symposium at the Congress Center Düsseldorf. There, experts from public administration and business will meet at this year's ÖV-Symposium NRW for a joint exchange. The information and discussion platform addresses the diverse state-specific topics of digitization and shows the digitization progress as well as challenges in the state and local administration in NRW. The ÖV-Symposium is under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Andreas Meyer-Falcke, CIO of the NRW state government, and is supported by the leading municipal associations in NRW.

Digital.Normal - Insights into the digital everyday life of public authorities

This year, in addition to the implementation of the Online Access Act (OZG), the content focus is on department-specific digitization and register modernization, innovative technologies, and topics such as open government, data sovereignty, change management, IT security and compliance, human resources, education, and administrative communication.
