Governikus COM Vibilia eBO Starter Edition - Setup Support

The Governikus COM Vibilia eBO Starter Edition is intended exclusively for private individuals. Purchase, updates and use of the software are free of charge within the scope of the terms of use.

No support is provided during the ongoing operation of the software. However, we will be happy to assist you with the initial setup of the software as well as the registration of the mailbox.

The following conditions apply to this:

• The set-up support is valid for up to 60 minutes of working time on the part of the support team. Support is provided via remote maintenance. E-mail, telephone or video conferencing is used for organizational communication.
• The set-up support can be carried out in parallel or the set-up and registration can be carried out by the support team in the presence of the customer.
• The times spent are recorded in a ticket. The start and end of direct communication are recorded jointly by the customer and support and noted in the ticket. Any necessary internal analysis is described in the ticket and the time spent is justified.
• Interventions in third party applications are excluded (no network support, no intervention in the operating system and comparable). Consulting is provided exclusively according to the experience of the assigned support employee.
• Support ends when the maximum agreed duration of support is reached. In any case, however, with the successful setup. The sending and receiving of messages to and from a mailbox in the control of the support are decisive for the success of the setup.

The cost of the setup support is 99 euros.
