HelloGuest, AusweisIDent, Comercia Global Payments and SALTO with unified solution for check-in, registration, door opening and payment
HelloGuest will once again present real innovations for the digitally oriented hotel industry at ITB Berlin from March 4 to 8, 2020. Together with its partners Bundesdruckerei and Governikus with their joint service AusweisIDent, the payment management provider Comercia Global Payments, and SALTO Systems, one of the world's largest providers of electronic access solutions, the integrated digital services can be experienced in full functionality under the motto "The 24/7 digital hotel assistant" at Stand 107 in Hall 8.1.
HelloGuest Solutions GmbH from Nuremberg offers a customized digital solution for every type of host, such as boarding houses, business and city hotels as well as hotel groups and service apartments. This includes digital services - starting with direct booking and check-in including digital registration process, door opening via smartphone as well as payment management up to check-out. These services are made possible via several channels: e.g. the multi-check-in app, the new self-check-in station, and via the registration form pad. Behind this is the HelloGuest interface platform, which networks a wide variety of hotel systems and technologies to transform analog into digital hotel processes. This enables hosts to significantly increase their efficiency and offer their guests an optimal overall digital experience before, during and after their stay.
AusweisIDent is a service developed by Bundesdruckerei and Governikus. With AusweisIDent, hotel guests can fill out and submit the registration form electronically - quickly, easily and conveniently - before arrival or while on the road using a hotel check-in app, their ID card and the associated PIN. In another variant, hotel employees can read out the data from the ID chip during on-site check-in together with a photo comparison and transfer it directly to the hotel's own IT system. AusweisIDent thus enables the identification of hotel guests without media discontinuity and the required data transfer to the hotel systems within a few seconds. At the same time, AusweisIDent can be easily integrated into existing infrastructures via standard interfaces.
Comercia Global Payments is one of the leading payment service providers from Spain with headquarters in Barcelona. With its payment solutions, the company supports hotels of all sizes worldwide. Comercia's card readers enable guests to pay bills directly on site. In addition, the company offers the possibility to book and pay the stay in the hotel online via the payment gateway "ADDON PAYMENTS". The highest security standards apply: The data is digitally P2PE encrypted, securely stored and tokenized. Whether it's pre-authorizations, paying in your own currency or secure payments over the phone, Comercia helps hotels with their individual payment requirements.
SALTO Systems is a manufacturer of electronic hotel locking systems that adapt to the individual requirements of hotels of all types and sizes. They can be used to integrate not only main entrances, hotel room doors, seminar rooms, spas, fitness areas and garages, but also offices, service rooms, lift control, vending machines, furniture and lockers.
In addition to the functionality with RFID cards, SALTO offers the possibility to open doors with smartphones via mobile keys. The in-house developed JustIN Mobile technology uses the Bluetooth interface (BLE - Bluetooth Low Energy) or Near Field Communication (NFC) to communicate with the electronic door hardware.
The electronic hotel locking systems have integrated interfaces to various PMSs, mobile service app providers, cash register accounting systems for cashless payments, card issuing systems and to several tourism cards.
