Free webinar on using the Governikus MultiMessenger

Legally compliant communication between authorities is one of the most important pillars of the digitalization of public administration in Germany - but also one of the biggest challenges. Employers fear additional time and complexity for employees - we can revise this assumption. The solution to this is the Governikus MultiMessenger: it is a multi-client capable, intelligent communication platform for implementing multi-channel strategies. The connection to various message channels (e.g. e-mail, EGVP, Fit-Connect) for inbound and outbound messages enables the implementation of a virtual mailroom.

Live webinar shows how the Governikus MultiMessenger can be easily integrated into everyday working life

At the beginning of October, Governikus hosted a webinar on the topic of "Virtual mailroom in public administration". Participants from public administration, authorities and data centers were given an insight into the GMM. The live demo used Governikus COM Vibilia as an e-mail client to show how a message is created and sent via the GMM. It became clear that the entire process is very intuitive and works with all common e-mail programs (Outlook, Thunderbird). Nothing changes for employees in their day-to-day work. With a view to electronic legal transactions, it was also demonstrated how an electronic acknowledgement of receipt (eEB) or an XJustice attachment can be generated and added to the email message using ERV-Xtension as an extension to GMM. A look at the admin dashboard also showed how easy it is to monitor and control all mailboxes and channels.

Secure communication and data thanks to MultiMessenger

The advantages of GMM are obvious: the virtual mailroom and the rule-based distribution of messages using content routing mean that very large volumes of messages can be conveniently processed. The central application can be easily integrated into existing processes and specialist procedures and connected to a system for long-term storage (e.g. DATA Aeonia). The anti-virus interface ensures the security of your own systems. As an application of the IT Planning Council, GMM is continuously developed and maintained in line with requirements.

You can also meet us live at the Governikus Summit in Berlin. We will be happy to provide further insights into the GMM in the program or at our stand and answer your questions personally on site.
