This online training course explains the technical basics of the "Special government mailbox (beBPo)". Activation processes are described, as well as technical details on installing and setting up the COM Vibilia software, e.g. when installing the application for multiple employees. The operation of the "COM Vibilia beBPo Edition" software by the user is not part of the online training, although some options are explained within the application.

The online training course is aimed at administrators and IT departments in public administration.
