The Kommunaler Arbeitgeberverband (KAV) Bremen e. V. (Bremen Municipal Employers' Association) represents the public administrations, businesses and companies of the state and the municipalities of Bremen and Bremerhaven as well as the social and cultural institutions under municipal sponsorship of these regional authorities.
