This tab shows the following settings:
Number of files to be viewed
According to ETSI EN 319 102, software that can be used to sign files electronically must offer the possibility to view the files before signing.
· Viewing of files required: If you select this checkbox you can fill in a number here.
· Minimum number: This number denotes a contingent of files in percent that must be viewed before Governikus DATA Boreum can start signing electronically. Signing is only de-blocked after the respective amount of files was viewed. To be on the save side you should enter 100. In case this is not feasible for your workflow and you can trust the correctness of the file contingent in the file list, you can enter any number from 1 to 100.
Delete source files
You can select here whether files that you have selected for signing are deleted after successfully creating signed files. This applies for the following signature formats:
· PAdES (PDF inline)
· CAdES (PKCS#7) enveloping
· CAdES (PKCS#7) detached (only if a separate target directory is used)
Different signature formats are explained in chapter 9.7. The deletion of source files is only executed after the signing process was successful. Note: Please mind that files are irrevocably deleted. Afterwards only the newly signed files exist. The following figure shows the "Sign" tab in the settings dialog.
