Digital state

The "Digitaler Staat" congress has been in existence for around thirty years, making it one of the largest and most established trade fairs on the subject of IT and administrative modernization. The event offers forums, workshops and a trade exhibition with solutions for those responsible for digitalization in the public sector. Leading speakers from politics, business and administration are expected.

The transfer of typical game elements and processes into non-game contexts - gamification for short - has now also found its way into the implementation of digital technologies. The integration of playful elements is intended to increase user motivation in particular, which should ultimately have a positive effect on the entire process or product. On March 18 and 19, 2025, these two elements will be combined at the Digital State. Under the motto "Digital administration goes on air", well-known TV shows from the past and present will be the inspiration on both days of the congress - in the main and specialist forum program - and will provide the external framework for dealing intensively with the diverse topics of digital change in the state and administration. Topics such as the Online Access Act, register modernization, cloud, AI etc. will then meet formats such as "Dalli Dalli", "Ruck Zuck, Wetten, dass...?", "Geh auf's Ganze!" and Co.

As in previous years, numerous visitors are expected to attend in order to jointly provide important impetus for a strong digital administration.
