Proximity Technology is a software house and IT consulting company that implements dialog-oriented software solutions for companies and public sector institutions. The range of services includes the planning, design, implementation and operation of IT solutions. In the field of e-government, Proximity Technology has been developing individual software solutions for modern public administration together with its customers in federal, state and local government since 1995. Proximity Technology is a specialist in the management and controlling of subsidies, the development of management and information systems and application management. Observance of standards such as SAGA, OSCI and accessibility as well as the integration of digital signatures are just as much a matter of course in all of this as the provision of a large number of interfaces to existing applications, databases and external systems.
In cooperation with Governikus KG, several successful projects have been implemented in the past. In addition to standard products such as Lucom FormsForWeb, which maps the basic component form management system at the federal level and in NRW, Proximity Technology also integrates the Governikus modules in its own developments. Proximity's solutions are characterized by a high level of integration into the existing system landscape. The focus is on end-to-end processing of processes without media discontinuity, which, thanks to connectors developed in-house, such as the connection of the Lucom form system to Governikus, achieves a high degree of automation and results in long-term investment security.
