The Department of Information Technology and Central Services is an internal service provider for the city of Hagen, an external service provider for the cooperation partners in the Ennepe-Ruhr district on the basis of a public-law agreement in accordance with the law on joint municipal cooperation, and a provider of the municipal e-government framework Rathaus21.
