For more than 20 years, Form-Solutions has been the digitization partner of German public authorities for the establishment of online services. The products as well as services are provided continuously and easily multipliable for all authorities. The basic idea has always followed what has recently become known as the "EfA" principle. This has resulted in over 5,000 online services based on legal requirements from the federal and state governments thanks to close coordination with administrations. In this way, Form Solutions offers customized services whose subsequent use by other authorities is made possible.

Form-Solutions also takes over the permanent maintenance of the content of these services and incorporates changes in the law on time. Innovations with regard to transmission standards are also constantly adapted.
