During and after his studies in geology, Nils Kiehne worked for several well-known call center providers. Most recently, as a call center manager in Cologne, he was responsible for marketing B2B products throughout Germany and the UK, as well as managing the field sales force. In the mid-2000s, he switched to hardware and software sales and took over the partner management of a software developer. This was followed by positions as sales manager, project manager and market center manager with projects for the public sector in the areas of De-Mail and EGVP. Before founding RePattern, his focus was on corporate business development, strategy, marketing automation, change & project management with agile methodologies, as well as organizational development at a global franking machine manufacturer. Today, as co-founder of RePattern, he uses his diverse experience to advise companies on strategic positioning and operational support for IT-based change processes.
