Dr. Eva-Charlotte Proll is publisher and CDO of the newspaper Behörden Spiegel and lectures on e-government at the HWR Berlin, among others. Previously, she advised public authorities on their digital change processes for an IT consultancy. In 2016, she completed her doctorate at the University of Potsdam.
