Christian Stuffrein has been the Digitalization Officer at the German County Association since 2020. His work focuses on the digitization of public administration and services of general interest. He is a municipal representative in various working groups of the IT Planning Council, including the Cloud and Digital Sovereignty WG and the Information Security WG. Mr. Stuffrein completed an executive trainee program at the public IT service provider Dataport AöR. Following his studies in administrative economics and the master's degree program in Public Management & Governance, he worked as a research assistant at the Institute for Public Management & Governance at Nordhausen University of Applied Sciences. Currently, he is a lecturer for strategic public management.
