The municipal congress trade fair returns from 19 to 21 November 2024: The 2,500 targeted visitors can expect comprehensive insights into current developments in administrative digitization in around 125 workshops, seminars and events over three days at the congress center in Bielefeld. At the joint DATABUND stand (no. F5-14), Bremen-based IT security expert Governikus will be offering insights into software solutions for public administration - from signing and preserving the evidentiary value of documents to data transfers for specialist procedures and communication solutions between authorities and courts.

The infrastructure for electronic legal transactions has been continuously expanded since 2004. For communication with the judiciary, the use of "special mailboxes" is mandatory for litigants. Governikus offers simple and secure cloud services based on the proven EGVP infrastructure. The service integrates seamlessly into existing email infrastructures and meets all legal requirements.

Fast data exchange is essential for public authorities. Thanks to the XTA web service interface, Governikus COM Despina DVDV/OSCI Edition provides a simple connection to the German eGovernment backbone and thus enables the rapid implementation of processes such as XMeld, XPersonenstand, XSoziales, XBau, XInneres, XGewerbeordnung, etc.

All functions relating to electronic signing and sealing with just one platform. Thanks to the validation function, seals and signatures can also be checked for validity and legal compliance in accordance with the eIDAS Regulation. Whether medical documents, findings or online applications: Digital documents and data require reliable features, such as qualified & electronic signatures/seals, to ensure their integrity and authenticity.
