The readers of eGovernment choose Governikus as their favorite
The readers of the specialist publication eGovernment have voted: Platinum for Governikus. For 9 years, the eGovernment Readers' Choice Awards have been honoring companies that are driving forward the digitization of German public administration. And we have been on the podium in the "Identity and Security" category for 9 years.
From April to July, the magazine's readers were able to vote for their favorites from 100 providers. There were 10 categories in total: eFile, ePayment, Financial Management, Smart Cities/Smart Country, Consultants, Municipal Solutions, Identity & Security, Geographic Information Systems & Data Analytics, IT Service Providers & Data Centers and Cloud & Infrastructure. Yesterday evening, September 19, 2024, the winners were announced at the Waldorf Astoria Hotel in Berlin. Silke Heitmann, Director of Corporate Communications and Press Spokesperson for Governikus, accepted the Platinum Award on behalf of Governikus.
Since 2016, the eGovernment Awards have been presented as part of a festive gala. The patron of the "eGovernment Readers' Choice Awards 2024" is Dr. Markus Richter, State Secretary at the Federal Ministry of the Interior and for Home Affairs and Federal Government Commissioner for Information Technology.
