The basic functions of "Governikus COM Despina DVDV/OSCI Edition" and the use of the XTA interface between specialized and transport procedures are explained, with a particular focus on the transmission of XTA-compliant messages. In addition, the use of the authority address book(DVDV) for message creation and transmission will be discussed.
